Nothing in these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise. These Online Shopping Terms and conditions apply to all orders which you, the customer, place using our website TheFeelGoodBakery.com, which is operated by THE FEEL GOOD BAKERY C.I.C. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference.

Delivery information

Please note that we currently only ship to the following postcodes.

Standard deliveries are delivered between 9am and 12pm Orders placed by 10am Monday to Friday are applicable for next day delivery.  Orders that our placed after 10am will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If no-one is available the driver will attempt to contact the buyer three times.  

Standard delivery charges to accepted postcodes

are as follows: £10 if you spend up to £35, over £35 free delivery.

To ensure freshness of products and to minimise handling times so that orders arrive in perfect condition, orders are delivered by our own delivery driver.

To follow up on an order delivery please contact our office on 020 8305 5097 as soon as possible after the expected delivery time. Standard delivery are delivered between 9am and 12pm . Other timings are available upon request.

Receipt of Delivery

THE FEEL GOOD BAKERY C.I.C. and its employees cannot be held responsible for an inability to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will however make our best efforts to correct the problem. Please contact our Office on to 020 8305 5097 discuss your concerns.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

To maintain our high standards and freshness of product, some products will be limited and at times unavailable. Should a product not be available, The Feel Good Bakery reserves the right to issue a refund for the product. We will advise you at the time of placing your order of any product that isn’t available.

CONTENT AND PHOTOGRAPHY

The information provided for each product or collection of products is accurate at the time we published the information.

BASIS OF SALE

When you confirm and pay for your order, you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated. All orders will be subject to these conditions.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation.

Your order will be accepted as soon as a member of our staff has confirmed your order. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the Products you have ordered. If any of the Products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.

PAYMENT AND PRICES

Payment can be made using Master Card, Visa, American Express, Switch, Delta, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. No goods will be despatched until credit/debit cards have been authorised and payment received.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW PURCHASES WITHIN ‘COOLING OFF’ PERIOD

If you live in the European Union you have a right by law to withdraw from the purchase of any item within a “cooling off” period of 14 working days starting on the day after the day the item is delivered to you (“Cooling Off Period”). This right applies to all items advertised on the Website. You are liable for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund your goods within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you. You are liable for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Whilst we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the site we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. No order is binding on you or The Feel Good Bakery until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or with our carriers, or on payment in full of the price of the Goods, whichever is later.

It is the policy of The Feel Good Bakery to ensure all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the Product that is sold.

The Feel Good Bakery does not advise recipients of impending deliveries. We cannot deliver goods to another country outside the UK.

If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is considered by any court or regulatory authority to be unfair, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered and deleted from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the other provisions.

The law of England and Wales governs these Terms and Conditions and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Whilst we take appropriate steps to protect this site from malicious attacks we cannot warrant that it is entirely free from risk of virus attack.
